Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using izyLocal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

izyLocal is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that helps users track their local business rankings on Google Maps. The Service displays a visual grid overlay showing ranking positions across different geographic locations. The Service operates on a credit-based system, with credits available through recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) or one-time credit packs.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle.
• Each subscription includes a fixed allocation of credits renewed at the start of each billing cycle.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

4.2 One-Time Credit Packs

• Credit packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your account immediately.
• Credits from one-time packs do not expire and can be used at any time.
• Credit packs are available independently of subscriptions.

4.3 General

• Credits are deducted when you perform ranking scans.
• All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• All purchases (both subscriptions and credit packs) are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal extension usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by SG Services and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the ranking data will be completely accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Google may change their Maps interface at any time, which could affect the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SG Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription or stop using the Service at any time.

• If you cancel your subscription, it remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• If we terminate your account, any active subscription will be cancelled without refund and unused credits will be forfeited.
• Credits from one-time packs are not affected by subscription cancellation, but are forfeited upon account termination by us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
